Before joining Freedom Trader, Rodney Levy from Melbourne had done his research on brokers — and kept hitting the same wall. Brokerage fees of $6, $10 or more per trade. For someone starting small and working out whether investing was right for them, those fees were already eating into any potential return before a single trade was placed.

Terry introduced Rodney to a broker that changed that equation entirely — bringing the cost down to a dollar. For Rodney, that alone was a significant win before the investing even began.

Rodney joined the program in late 2017 and found something beyond just a trading system. A goal to aim for. A focus when work was quiet. Another way to drive income — and a community of people genuinely invested in each other's success.

"I really like the community on Facebook. We're all helping each other out, talking, interacting. I feel like I'm part of a community — not on my own, on an island, trying to work things out."
