Andrew, from Melbourne and a musician by profession, embarked on a journey in the world of trading, guided by Terry since 2015.

Before meeting Terry, Andrew tried his hand at day trading E-minis, which involved buying and selling within minutes. This style of trading, synchronized with the American market, proved to be extremely stressful for him, often requiring him to be active at odd hours like two or three in the morning. This erratic schedule led to a lack of sleep, which in turn caused him to misread the market and make costly mistakes.

Seeking a more sustainable approach, Andrew attended one of Terry's seminars. Utilizing the strategies he learned there, he transitioned to investing in shares. His new approach bore fruit quickly; within a year, he sold one of his three share packets for a 27% profit, enough to cover the cost of the course he had taken.

Andrew found trading to be interesting and fun, albeit challenging at times. However, he felt that Terry's training significantly eased these challenges. The key, as he learned, was to do the homework and follow the established rules. He appreciated the structured nature of Terry's course, particularly the initial focus on the psychology of trading. This first week of the four-week program delved into the mindset required for trading, encouraging participants to analyze their motives and expectations.

For Andrew, understanding the difference between investing and gambling was crucial. He steered clear of high-risk gambles like betting in a casino, preferring the logical, system-based approach of investing.
