At first, Sarah was simply looking for a stable role where she could use her skills and earn a living. But that changed the day she met Terry. His humility, passion, and heartfelt mission struck a chord. She quickly realised The Freedom Trader wasn’t just about financial education—it was about helping people feel supported, empowered, and truly seen. Since then, Sarah has been deeply committed to being part of a team that genuinely changes lives—and to showing up with care and consistency for every student in our community.

Sarah is part of our Customer Care Team, supporting students at every stage of their journey. Whether someone needs help accessing a module, figuring out where they left off, or just a bit of encouragement when things feel overwhelming—Sarah is often the first to reach out and lend a hand. Her quiet superpower is making sure no one ever feels forgotten or left behind. From thoughtful follow-ups to empathetic responses, she helps students feel grounded, reassured, and connected to a team that genuinely has their back.

Passions
Creating a safe and stable space for her niece and nephew. Sarah is fiercely committed to showing up as someone they can count on—someone who believes in them, supports them, and helps them see what’s possible.

Interests
Travelling to unwind and experience new cultures. Cooking epic family meals—especially recipes passed down from her grandmother (yes, she can feed a whole fiesta and loves every minute of it).
