As part of The Freedom Trader Customer Care Team, Nelvie supports students with their questions, concerns, and course needs – whether that’s helping with account access, clarifying modules, or offering encouragement along the way. She’s dedicated to making sure every student feels heard, understood, and confident throughout their journey. From friendly check-ins and gentle reminders to thoughtful follow-ups, Nelvie approaches each interaction with patience and care. Behind the scenes, she also helps keep records accurate and organised so that every student receives a smooth and consistent experience.
